Hi Nyisha,
It's OK to not be 100% OK.
Together we've got this.
This update on the latest news in the disability sector will connect you with information at this crucial time. Right now our colleagues are again on the front line of delivering essential disability services in the best and safest way possible. This time it is different, this time we are hopefully more prepared. We have grown our capabilities and systems. Our Victorian colleagues are building this capability for us all and we thank them for their strength.

Everyone's resilience is being tested so why not take a lesson from your favourite quiz show and use all your lifelines; "ask the audience" (i.e. the national and local news and information) and "phone a friend".  It is OK to not be 100% OK. Reach out and take advantage of the many supports available. Together we have got this!

Send all your questions to We will link you up to the support you need.
