National Disability Practitioners Over 10,000 members

Hi Eddie,

In case you haven't noticed, there's an election on! Both government and opposition have plenty to say about disability and the NDIS - it is a real election issue.

Many of you will work for registered charities and some charities may want to make their voices heard in the lead up to the election.  The Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission have re-published their guidance to assist charities in deciding what advocacy and campaigning they can appropriately undertake and what they can avoid.

And while we're on the subject of elections, NDP will soon conduct our own election for a vacancy on the NDP committee.  We'll be in touch soon with further details on this and your NDP subscription renewal.

Enjoy!
